Meet Sakurako and Shuma from Libra of the Vampire Princess

Sakurako is trying to get Shuma’s attention. But I think she already has it.

【Sakurako】”Yes. I am THE Sakurako Doumyoji.”
【Shuma】”Yeah, I know.”
【Sakurako】”Great, Shuma. You know everything about me.”
【Shuma】”I don’t know everything. At most, your measurements. Oh, and your weight is fifty…”

Sakurako is Shuma’s classmate and good friend. She is not a vampire nor a familiar but she is very familiar with Shuma…and wants to be even more so. For now Sakurako and Shuma are joke buddies… for now.

【Sakurako】”W-wait, wait, Shuma-san. Where did that come from? I mean, where did you get that info…?  Oh, seriously, Shuma, you think of me so much…”

【Shuma】”You dropped your form after the last physical exam, didn’t you? So I put it up on a bulletin board for you. You can thank me now.”
【Sakurako】”Oh, thank… No, Shuma, what have you done!? No, no way… Is it still up there!?”
【Shuma】”I’m joking. I wrote down the measurements for my files and gave the form to the school nurse, so don’t worry.”

Shuma is a terrible tease and jokester. Maybe that’s why we like him so much. He has a tough road ahead but it will be filled with plenty of time for…”fun.”

【male friend】”Whoa!?”
The ball maintains its low height, passes by the classmate like a bullet and pierces the goal net on the opposite side of the field.
【Sakurako】”Amazing! What was that? Tiger shoot!? Illusion left!? Odin Sword!?”
(Shuma’s thinking) I don’t know what she’s talking about…but more seriously almost all the soccer club members are looking at us wondering what has just happened.
【Shuma】”I’ll go ahead.”
【Sakurako】”Ah, wait for me, Shuma! I’m coming with you.”

Libra of the Vampire Princess is a very funny Japanese visual novel. Lots of humor, jokes and nods to events happening in Japan. There is also a lot of action going on too. Sword fights, battles and lots of kinky sex pepper the story’s routes of the main characters. Having read the entire VN we can say there are some wild surprises up until the very last moments of the game.

We will help the readers find their way when obscure topics are brought up in the story and at the request of the original writer we remain true to the language and the events that unfold throughout the story. And quite a story it is.  LVP is the story of a young handsome guy by the name of Shuma and his awakening to who he really is…with the help of some very sexy and very naughty vampire girls.
