Pics for an Imaginary Manga in an Imaginary Train Station
Thinking about a manga I want to make involving train travel in Japan. One of the most efficient transportation systems in the world also has a dark underbelly. The cast of characters you can find in any eki are as diverse and unique as you would expect of a train system and country that plays host to visitors, tourists and residents from all over the globe. There are gropers, homeless and runaway teens to yakuza chasing down their enemies to exact revenge. Old people, young people, singles and couples and people in transit going from one dream to another reality…all ride the trains in Japan. There is also the tale of the occasional cat station master. Indeed many stories to tell.
I like trains. And the people who ride on them. Especially cute girls. 🙂
