Treasure Chest of Fragrant Tea from Ootoya

Ootoya is a “set meal” Japanese restaurant chain that owns restaurants primarily in Tokyo and other prefectures in Japan and overseas. They have a number of restaurants that serve really delicious, healthy and affordable Japanese food. We have our favorites and you will too if you try them out.

Today we visited a branch in Saitama for a late lunch. A happy surprise addition to the menu was a really yummy looking dessert that Ootoya is calling their “Treasure Chest of Fragrant Tea – Tea and Orange Parfait”. It is comprised of Earl Grey tea pudding and jell-o, pound cake, fresh orange slices, a delightful whipped cream and a very delicious chamomile tea ice cream.

今日、我々は、埼玉県にある、某大戸屋さんで遅いランチを取ることに。うれしいサプライズはメニューに見るからにおいしそうな「香る紅茶の宝箱　紅茶とオレンジのパフェ」が加わっていたことです。アールグレーのプリンとゼリー、新鮮なオレンジスライスに、かすてら、ホイップクリーム、カモミールティーのおいしいアイスクリームが詰まったパフェです。
